It is reported that the Wolong Baotou Permanent Magnet Motor Industrial Park project is one of the important projects for Baotou City to attract investment in building “two rare earth bases”. The project is located south of Baotou Airport Expressway, east of National Highway 210, north of Chunhua Road, and west of Chaoyang Road, covering an area of about 200 acres with a total investment of 1.26 billion yuan. The project was officially signed in March this year, Wolong Electric Drive (Baotou) Permanent Magnet Motor Co., Ltd. was registered in April, construction started in May, and it was completed and put into production in December. By then, the Wolong Baotou Permanent Magnet Motor Industrial Park will become another typical project of the newly started projects in the Rare Earth High-tech Zone that have been signed, started, and put into production in the same year.
