Device update target
Focusing on improving the efficiency of resource and energy utilization, we will focus on key energy-consuming equipment such as motors , their systems, transformers, industrial boilers, industrial solid waste and renewable resources comprehensive utilization equipment, cooling towers and other key water-using equipment for renovation and transformation. By 2027, the proportion of newly added high-efficiency motors, transformers, and industrial boilers will increase by 10, 10, and 15 percentage points respectively compared with 2023; through the transformation and upgrading of industrial solid waste and renewable resources comprehensive utilization technology and equipment, we will promote the comprehensive utilization rate of bulk industrial solid waste to exceed 57%, and promote the annual comprehensive utilization capacity of bulk industrial solid waste and renewable resources to increase by about 20 million tons; through the transformation of water-using equipment such as cooling towers, the floating water rate of industrial cooling towers will not exceed 0.005%, the floating water rate of civil cooling towers will not exceed 0.01%, and the water-saving efficiency will be improved by more than 10%.
