Why do permanent magnet synchronous motors save energy?
Answer: High efficiency: it can reach the national second-level energy efficiency, and some specifications reach the first-level energy efficiency.
Superior structure: permanent magnets are used on the rotor, no excitation loss, no friction loss and contact electrical loss between brushes and slip rings.
High power factor: When the permanent magnet motor is in normal operation, the rotor speed is the same as the stator magnetic field speed, there is no current on the rotor squirrel cage bars, and the induced current on the stator decreases, so the power factor is high. It has a wide economic operating range: the load of the permanent magnet synchronous motor changes, and the power factor can also be above 0.9.
What is the energy saving effect of permanent magnet synchronous motor?
Answer: According to the different working conditions of the equipment, the energy saving effect is between 5% and 50%.
